Subject "Support" — account, generations, dashboard. Include your account email and screenshots.

Subject "Refund — Order #" — include your Lemon Squeezy receipt or order number (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Card and PayPal payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Subject "Abuse report" — links/IDs help. CSAM is reported to law enforcement. Appeals: "Appeal" within 14 days.

Subjects "Press", "API access", "Careers". No fees are ever charged to applicants.

We never ask for banking PINs or OTPs. Our only numbers and links are the ones shown in your logged-in dashboard and official invoices.
